A SIMPLE STRATEGY FOR SUCCESS:

1.Set specific goals.

Examples:
-Complete 100% of homework for all classes during February.
-Earn at least 88% on every Biology test during second semester.

2.Define specific ways to achieve these goals through In-Home Tutoring and student accountability.

Examples:
-Student finishes homework at library as soon as school is finished everyday and meets with tutor Tuesday and Thursday from 5 – 7 pm.
-Student meets with Biology tutor twice a week and with a student study group once a week for a total of 6 hours of focused studying.

3.Set an In-Home Tutoring schedule that will repeat until goals are met.

Example:
-Tutor meets with student for four hours a week and delivers a brief progress report to parents by Friday evening.
